We're launching a rotational program in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, spending approximately 6 - 9 months in each role.
This is your chance to dive deep into the foundational aspects of both areas, gaining a well-rounded experience that'll fuel your career journey.

Rotation may include:
Accounts Payable Enter invoices into proper entity and code invoices to GL account Ensure cash payments are made timely and maintain cash balances Approve monthly recurring invoices and prioritize with each check run Address and resolve A/P discrepancies and follow up as necessary Accounts Receivable Bill all monthly rents, TICAM fees, other monthly fees, commissions, as well as other AR invoices Deposit cash receipts received daily Process ACH payments and credit card payments Enter all new, renewal, and expansion leases in software, including TICAM and rent bumps WE HAVE A LOT TO OFFER Holidays (10) Paid Time Off (10
days), sick leave, and summer hours Medical/Dental/Vision and Life Insurance Plans 401(k) with matching contributions of 4% - eligible after 90 days Onsite fitness center Company cell phone Company swag ($400 annually to company store) If this sounds like the right place and role for you - we want to hear from you!
