Rotation may include:
Accounts PayableEnter invoices into proper entity and code invoices to GL accountEnsure cash payments are made timely and maintain cash balancesApprove monthly recurring invoices and prioritize with each check runAddress and resolve A/P discrepancies and follow up as necessaryAccounts Receivable Bill all monthly rents, TICAM fees, other monthly fees, commissions, as well as other AR invoicesDeposit cash receipts received dailyProcess ACH payments and credit card payments Enter all new, renewal, and expansion leases in software, including TICAM and rent bumpsWE HAVE A LOT TO OFFER Holidays (10)Paid Time Off (10

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
