Responsibilities o As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience o Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and contributing to the overall success of our client partnerships o Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and on time o Ensure timely processing of orders received on our backend website o Coordinate with drivers through the Signal messaging app to dispatch orders efficiently o Monitor order status and provide real-time updates to customers o Adhere to established quality standards and ensure customer interactions meet or exceed performance metrics o Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the designated CRM system o Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our clients o Utilize sales experience to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to customers Recommended Skills Backend Communication Customer Experience Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Expediting Apply to this job.
