The focus of this positon will be computer set-up, desktop software installation and troubleshooting.
Essential Duties Include:
1.
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues pertaining to desktop computers, printers, faxes, phones (VoIP and mobile) and network connectivity 2.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems for users 3.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution 4.
Assists with inventory tracking of IT assets 5.
Troubleshoots application problems for users Required Education, experience and competencies:
1.
Associate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or other related field; or a combination of education and 1 year relevant experience 2.
Experience in hardware support and system operating systems including desktop and server versions of Microsoft Windows 3.
Experience in forming relationships with internal users, external customers and vendors 4.
