Job DetailsJob Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to join our growing teamThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about construction, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detailThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC, Procurement, Industrial Construction and equipment installation experience
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
Allocate resources for assigned projects.
Implement the scope of work for construction and commissioning of equipment Work with design and engineering team on layout and process for site Ensure that all changes to work scope and specifications are well documented before implementing Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
Experience managing budgets from $50M - $150M Past experience organizing the mechanical construction of project (MEP scope) as well as equipment installation (machines/equipment for facilities production) Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management or related field Proficient in EPC, Procurement, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, EPCM, Scheduling and Primavera.
Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
Familiarity with construction management software packages.
Ability to plan and see the big picture.
Competent in conflict and crisis management.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
