Legal Assistant (Mt. Lebanon)

This firm offers a very collaborative work environment, sophisticated clients, excellent benefits/compensation and free parking. If you have prior legal assistant/secretary experience and would like a role not in the downtown area, this could be a great opportunity! This firm will also look at more entry level candidates looking to get into the legal space with highly administrative skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage attorneys schedules and track deadlines

  • Client intake and correspondence verbal and written

  • Proofread and assist with time entry

  • Work directly with clients

  • Document review and managing versions/redlining in word


Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management and and organizational skills

  • Strong proofreading and writing skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills

$48,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
