Legal Assistant (Mt. Lebanon)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well regarded boutique law firm in the south hills suburbs. This firm offers a very collaborative work environment, sophisticated clients, excellent benefits/compensation and free parking. If you have prior legal assistant/secretary experience and would like a role not in the downtown area, this could be a great opportunity! This firm will also look at more entry level candidates looking to get into the legal space with highly administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage attorneys schedules and track deadlines
Client intake and correspondence verbal and written
Proofread and assist with time entry
Work directly with clients
Document review and managing versions/redlining in word
Qualifications:
Excellent time management and and organizational skills
Strong proofreading and writing skills
High attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
