As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and overall success of our studio.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Studio Manager in coordinating and scheduling photoshoots Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing invoices, and maintaining client records Assist photographers during photoshoots by setting up equipment, adjusting lighting, and organizing props Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, including keeping props and equipment tidy and in good condition Manage inventory by ordering and replenishing supplies as needed Ensure all studio equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent A strong passion for photography and a basic understanding of the industry Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics Ability to work well independently and as part of a team We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
