We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join our Development organization.
In this position, you will play a key role in the overall success of our organization by planning, managing, and monitoring engineering functions.
You will be responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, processes, and timelines and making any necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion.
Your day to dayServe as the engineering leader and own end to end technical solutionsAnswer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering team membersCreate detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide byAbility to get into the guts of any technical issues that the team encountersCheck and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staffMonitor and determine various staffing and training needsHire, train, and supervise engineering staff membersSpearhead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new technologies and improved processesAbility to balance technology debts with developing new featuresWork collaboratively with the development team to set priorities and iteratively deliver through an agile methodologyPerform other duties as assignedWhat you bring to the teamMinimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related fields8
years of hands-on development experience with Ruby, JAVA or C#2

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
