Responsibilities:
As a product SME on Global Pay Plus, consulting and guiding PNC on the various business transformation on the implementation of next generation payments process product. Work directly with client or functional consultants to confirm technical/business requirements. Facilitate the discussion and provide solution for the new features/bugs. Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of the GPP Configuration. Provide technical Support during the release deployment night for both PME and PRT applications. Troubleshoot production defects, triage and find the root cause and perform impact analysis, fix and deploy as per the release schedule. Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications. Provide support to testing team for any critical bug testing in the lower environment Provide support for the Issues identified in the Production environment, identify the RC, replicate the issue in the lower environments As a SME, support the migration of legacy payments processing onto Global Pay Plus next generation payments products. Clearly identify and describe product backlog items to build a shared understanding of the problem & solution with the product development team. Design and Implement Global Pay Plus - Service Platform business and system rules, enrichment and data manipulation rules & various mapping rules. Determination of payment validation profile in order to achieve an accurate Straight through Processing across payment processing system for the bank. Configure Straight through Profiles, field and custom validations, Cut-Off profiles for End of Day payment processing. Analyze client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis. Provide Technical Support during the release deployment night for both PME and PRT applications. Perform necessary scripts migration to Git pertaining to release branches. Perform migration of DML scripts to QA environments for the targeted release. Perform the Mock deployment to QA2 environment to mimic the deployment of production, to ensure it goes smooth and identify issues ahead of time. Perform necessary Jenkins build for Liquibase scripts. Perform the execution of ear/DB for PSUI application if applicable for the release. Validate the migrates post execution in the DB. Preform the Pre deployment task before the production night and deploy the corresponding tasks on the production release night. Perform the POST production tasks and ensure the release branch is in synch with other branches. Job Type:
