As a leading manufacturer and supplier of paints and coatings with over a century of experience, we are looking for someone to design, implement, and oversee sales incentive programs on a global scale.
This position collaborates with a diverse team and reports directly to the Global Total Rewards Operations Leader.
Key
Responsibilities:
Create and manage plans in alignment with the objectives of our business units.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and HR, to understand their requirements and develop incentive plans that support strategic initiatives.
Analyze data and use financial modeling techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in sales incentive compensation.
Partner with HR Business Partners and HR Communications to effectively communicate the details and benefits of our incentive plans.
Identify opportunities for streamlining transactional activities through the use of a service center.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in relation to incentive plans.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of our plans.
Collaborate closely with the Finance and Sales teams during the implementation and execution of our incentive plans.
Work together with our IT department to enhance our systems for recording sales incentive-related data.
Qualifications:
Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Have at least 10 years of experience in sales incentive design, implementation, and management.
Possess strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in using Workday.
