Responsibilities


u2022 Clerical and administrative support for attorneys


u2022 Organize case documentation


u2022 Type and transcribe legal documents


u2022 Expense reporting and travel arrangements


u2022 Enter and process attorney time and billing


u2022 Assist with trial and hearing preparation


u2022 Schedule meetings, manage calendars, handle incoming calls


Qualifications


u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree preferred


u2022 1
year of administrative and law office experience is a plus


u2022 Detailed, organized, team player


u2022 Professional and trustworthy


Pay Details:
$19.00 to $24.00 per hour

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
