Job Description:
Claims Representative Come join our Customer Service Team as an LTL Shipment Router! Receive shipments information via our pick-up request portal Create shipping documents and schedule carrier pick-ups Carefully consider shipments with urgent due dates, or ones needing additional liabilty coverage and executing accordingly Work directly with freight carriers to schedule and resolve pick-up issues Support the supervisor with variety of tasks Get in on the ground floor in our Customer Service team with potential to grow and move up! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
