Job Description:
Claims Representative Come join our Customer Service Team as an LTL Shipment Router! Receive shipments information via our pick-up request portal Create shipping documents and schedule carrier pick-ups Carefully consider shipments with urgent due dates, or ones needing additional liabilty coverage and executing accordingly Work directly with freight carriers to schedule and resolve pick-up issues Support the supervisor with variety of tasks Get in on the ground floor in our Customer Service team with potential to grow and move up!
