Experienced Maintenance Tech with Carpentry and Management skills pertaining to building maintenance helpful (i.e. painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry drywall, etc.).

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 Years Experience in Building Maintenance & Carpentry
  • Electrical Basic Knowledge & Experience
  • Plumbing Basic Knowledge & Experience
  • Carpentry Basic Knowledge & Experience (framing, drywall)
  • Painting Basic Knowledge & Experience (interior and exterior)
  • Other attributes such as work history are taken into consideration as well
  • MUST pass background clearance
  • MUST have reliable transportation to and from QSI Office
  • MUST have Valid Driver's License
