We are working with a fast growing financial services company that specializes in the custody and reporting of 401(k) plans from around the country.

Requirements:
Preference is given to those candidates that have had experience in the mutual fund industry and or 401(k) administration and record keeping (1-2 years experience preferred).
Customer Service in the financial services industry a major plus.
Advanced Excel and Word knowledge.

Description:
Duties include account set-up, maintenance, relationship building, account reconciliation, problem solving and someone who will jump in and suggest ways to improve upon our services.

Duties Include:

Serve as primary contact to a number of Third Party Administrators, Bank Administrators
Establish plan level retirement plans on a corporate trust level
Educate clients in regards to new products and procedural changes
Review and coordinate completion of legal documentation for initial plan setup
Provide third party administrators and brokers with webex demonstrations to educate on functionality
Report directly to MATC Principal, President and Director of Operations
Identify leads for new business with existing clients
Monitor TPA and plan sponsor access to internal database
Work internally and with mutual fund companies to assist in fund reconciliation
Data Entry for internal database to establish trading capabilities

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
