currently has multiple Costing Analyst roles available with our client located in Pittsburgh, PA. As the Costing Analyst, you'll work closely together with the lead Solution Architect to plan and direct all work activities related to the design, build and deployment of the company's new standardized, global costing solution software, Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12. Communicating with the forecasting team, you'll determine global reporting and performance management requirements and help incorporate them into the overall design. Then, you'll test phases of several Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 modules to ensure that all financial transactions related to production and consumption are being appropriately tracked and accounted for within the integrated manufacturing costing solution program. ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Test Oracle modules such as: Process Manufacturing, Discrete Inventory, Accounts Receivable Invoicing, Procurement/Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Sub Ledger Accounting, etc.
Work with the ERP Data Team to determine requirements and mapping rules to convert data from legacy systems to Oracle
Help to resolve system and process issues noted during testing phases
Work with the Change Learning team to develop the necessary training materials
Identify and communicate requirements and dependencies with company's legacy systems groups
Ensure adherence to project methodology and ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in a quality manner for the process team
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
3
years of OPM application experience preferred
3-5 years of troubleshooting and problem solving experience
Ability to work with a cross-functional teams to deliver common objectives
Strong written and oral communication
This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
