We are looking for additional experienced EBS Functional Consultants in the area of Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) Costing to join our team on a 2 year project.
OPEN MARKET RATE
TRAVEL EXPENSE reimbursement
On-site Monday Thursday and work remote Friday
WILL PAY REFERRAL FEES FOR PLACED CANDIDATES
We currently have consultants on this project and are looking to add some principal OPM Costing consultants.
PROJECT
Our client is currently implementing Oracle EBS R12 including Financials, Manufacturing (Discreet/Process), Supply Chain Management and HR modules. They are live with parts of the overall ERP solution at some of their locations and estimate another 2 years to fully complete rollouts for several remaining plant locations across North America (US and Canada). The Analyst positions will focus on providing functional implementation
services
for OPM Costing including requirements gathering, solution design, set up and configuration, testing and production support
DELIVERABLES
- Lead the design, build, test, and deployment and production support phases for OPM Costing Release 12.
- Participate in OPM Financials Month end close process to ensure that all financial transactions, particularly those related to production and consumption, are being appropriately tracked and accounted in the integrated manufacturing costing solution.
- Set up the OPM Costing solution to integrate with other areas of the EBS footprint including Discrete Inventory, Accounts Receivable (Invoicing), Procurement/Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Sub Ledger Accounting.
- Set up costing (standard and lot costing utilized) per the requirements of each plant location.
- Collaborate with the forecasting team to define global reporting and performance management requirements and incorporate them into the overall design.
- Work with the ERP Data Team to determine requirements and mapping rules to convert data from legacy systems to Oracle
- Work with the ERP Testing Team to resolve system and process issues noted during testing phases
- Work with the Change & Learning team to develop the necessary training materials.
- Identify and communicate requirements and dependencies with client's legacy systems groups.
- Facilitate design workshops with business users
- Serve as liaison to business
community
including super users and process area sponsors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of hands on Oracle OPM Costing experience; prefer release 12 experience both standard/lot, will consider candidates that have experience in 11i.
- 3 years troubleshooting and problem solving experience
TRAVEL
- Work location is primarily in downtown Pittsburgh at clients headquarter location.
-Some travel will be required to client plant locations across the US and Canada (estimated 30% plant travel peaking near 100% a few months prior to a deployment).
