Compel Fitness at Gold's Gym Market Square is seeking a Personal Training Director. Compel Fitness is a fast growing national personal training company that provides a positive and exciting work environment as well as a spring board for career growth and opportunity. We are looking for a full-time employee that is goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and has a passion for fitness. Prior experience is not required due to our company's extensive training protocol, however sales experience and fitness knowledge is preferred.
Descriptions of daily responsibilities include:
1. Responsibility for clubs personal training sales.
2. Developing, hiring and managing a personal training staff.
3. Providing superior customer service to all personal training clients.
4. Maintain excellent relationship with entire gym staff.
5. Sales training
Requirements: The primary requirements to be a successful Training Director are the following character traits:
