Job Description:
This position is a management position that has a responsibility to follow the directions of the General Service Manager and Parts Manager
This person is responsible for:
Managing the day to day operations of the Service department employees
Managing the Parts inventory and sales
Build and maintain relations with current and new customers
Manage the local Safety program
Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Abilities and Skills:
Must be highly creative, imaginative, positive, motivated and have the highest level of ethical standards
Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
Exercise exceptional judgment
Superior verbal and written communication skills and inter-personal skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to read and write the English language
Excellent computer and mathematical skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows Explorer and contact management software)
Recognize and follow company procedures and policies
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; though alternative education with relevant work experience may be considered
Minimum of two (2) years of Service Management experience
Must have a background that is directly or indirectly involved in Heavy Equipment / Construction Equipment and Service ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
