Job Description
- Manage inventories and handle shipping/receiving duties
- Respond to customer complaints, explain technical information, inform the customer when a part is back-ordered, and advise on part substitutions
- Process part orders, replacements, and exchanges
- Keep the inventory area clean, organized, and properly stocked with parts
- Research shipping methods, their costs, and track packages when they ship
Key Requirements
- Prior inventory management experience, which includes sales, customer service and purchasing duties, is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, seals, and bearings is preferred, but not required
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required for this position
