Business Intelligence Analyst
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, the Business Intelligence Analyst will leverage Business Intelligence and Data Analytic best practices to deliver relevant, timely and insightful information to the business. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, the ability to solve analytical problems, plus a willingness to learn analytical tools, such as Microsoft Power BI.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze client's business and data requirements and convert them into Microsoft Power BI dashboards and solutions.
Configure and administer Microsoft Power BI dashboards, reports and datasets.
Facilitate training sessions on BI tools.
Work with clients to engage user community and promote platform adoption.
Serve as a subject matter expert for BI end user solutions, including sharing skills with technically-inclined business users.
Lead integration, performance, and user acceptance testing for BI solutions.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Perform all other duties assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
0-2 Years of related technical field/work experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); strong understanding of Excel. Experience with Power BI preferred, but not required.
Basic knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and structure of a relational database.
Knowledge of DAX preferred, but not required.
Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
