Job Summary
The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Business Unit in developing and implementing templates for proposals, presentations, and communication materials. Under moderate supervision, functions within policy and procedural direction from management.

Develop and support company requests for presentations, proposals, and reports
Review and compare historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, other bids, job reports, etc., against new estimates.
Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors. Prepare full-scope estimates on small projects in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all documentation is maintained to support proposal.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
