Summary:
Performs primarily as a Plumber, but will also need to be responsible for general maintenance. Also fulfills duties in HVAC, electronics, carpentry, electrical, or structural maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Performs duties of maintenance mechanic such as but not limited to installing/repairing equipment pertaining to the operation of plant; renovating/constructing buildings and grounds; corrective/preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment and facility.
Performs electrical, plumbing, carpentry, structural, HVAC maintenance based upon area of expertise.
Requirements:
3 years' experience in one or several building trades in a hospital setting preferred.
Technical training in area of specialty preferred.
Current Pennsylvania Driver's License.
Plumbing license and stationary engineer's license preferred.
Ability to identify and resolve problems and takes appropriate actions.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
