This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the Buyer/Senior Buyer in order to ensure a smooth operation in the buying department. Tasks include report generation, system entry, purchase order writing, style creation, sample management, and vendor follow-up.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Organizing, collecting, distributing and submitting all advertising for the Buyer as needed. Data entry into the ad planning system, maintaining system records; results, ad changes, etc.
Maintains reports and spreadsheets to support the business. Extracting data from our internal systems, i.e. ISVM and MAP, and manipulating it into a usable format.
Create and maintain styles in Primo! System
Responsible for the life-cycle of product - initial set up and entering of purchase orders into the system, adjusting as needed (cancel, extend shipping, move to future months, etc). Follow up with vendors as needed on entry of orders, receipt of merchandise, etc.
Coordinates review of price changes with Buyers and enter ISS, permanent markdown, and Claim data into the pricing system and track whether Perms go through on the slated date.
Work with the eCommerce team to provide appropriate images, content, etc. Sample management - tasks to include procurement, sample room maintenance, and submissions to advertising.

Associate's Degree
Experience Requirement
1-3 Years
Data entry, report generation, working knowledge of merchandising or retail is a plus.
