Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Overseeing and monitoring an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint processing system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (2) interpreting and applying EEO program guidance and processing claims (3) briefing senior leaders on EEO products such as the MD 715 report, case status log and reasonable accommodation actions (4) providing logistical support and assistance to investigators, administrative law judges, and legal counselors in processing formal complaints (5) experience in the use of fact-finding, problem solving, and negotiating resolutions of problems between management and employees (6) prepare EEO reports and (7) advise or train employees and managers on equal opportunity rights. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
