Arconic is currently in search of Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A group in Pittsburgh, PA.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for gathering, consolidating, and analyzing information for management reports, with the objective of improving the level of control, the consistency and reliability of reporting and forecasting, as well as preparing decisions with fact-based analyses.
The position has a high exposure to Corporate leadership, Finance Managers, and Business leaders.
The ideal candidate for this position is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized; assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
The key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Implement and/or develop financial models, standardization and reporting to drive business decisions and continuous improvement to finance tasksSupport the annual planning process, providing understanding and alignment across broader finance teams and business segmentSupport process standardization and improvement initiativesSupport and participate in ad-hoc analysis on company performance with potential impact to consolidation accuracyApply analytical skills to interpret financial results and determine issues critical to the success of the company Essential Knowledge & Skills/Education Problem solving and collaboration (consensus driving) skills Financial/Data AnalysisCommunication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail oriented; with excellent time management skills.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint Qualifications Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business from an accredited institutionMinimum of 1 year experience in Accounting or FinanceEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred
Qualifications:
Oracle EBS experience a plusAspiration to grow into more senior level roles within Corporate Finance and /or the businessAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
