Be sure to check out the Marti Report showing the breakdown of the cars production, options and features (rareness)! The car IS numbers matching.
Exterior:
The code M white paint (#1619-A) is in good condition with no signs of corrosion.
No flaws can be seen from 5' feet away.
When you get close, it is evident that the paint job is a driver level quality.
By no means is it unpresentable or need done again, its just not show quality perfect.
The trim and emblems are in nice condition.
The Laser Stripes and bumpers are in excellent condition.
Interior:
Finished in a beautiful dark blue, with bucket seats this interior is well above average.
There are no cracks or issues with the dash pad.
The seats are in very nice condition, the drivers side shows a little wear on the side bolster.
Door panels, garnish and headliner are in outstanding condition.
The only item that isn't wonderful is the carpet.
Rest assured, a new carpet set has been ordered and comes with the car.
All of the lights, blower, signals and gauges work as they should (temp gauge works but has been disconnected for a real temp gauges that shows actual degrees).
Underside:
No signs of corrosion, accidents or modifications, the chassis, suspension and floor boards are exactly what you would want in a collector car.
Rust free and dry is the best way to describe this car.
There are no sings of fluids leaking or issues.
Mechanical:
This car starts easy, idles as it should, pulls very hard, runs cool, shifts well and is blast! The transmission was rebuilt last year.
Front suspension and all springs were replaced within the last year.
New front coil-overs help make the handling better than it was when it left the factory.
The suspension, steering and braking are all excellent! The 351C sounds so good though dual exhaust.
Shifts are firm and crisp, steering is very nimble despite the fact that this GT is not a small car.
Braking is very good, safe as a modern car.
Just this fall a complete tune up, new electronic distributor and a new fuel pump have been added.
This car is READY for the road trip of your dreams! For sale by owner on consignment at Fort Pitt Classic Cars.
